Exhibition of conceptual art by members of the Denver artist co-op The Mix at Niza Knoll Gallery.
The Mix, One is on view at Niza Knoll Gallery from September 4 through October 18, 2026. The opening is Friday, September 4, from 5 to 9 PM, and there's an artist reception on Friday, September 18, from 1 to 4 PM.
To understand the show, it helps to know how the gallery works. Niza Knoll is a contemporary space in Denver's Santa Fe Arts District that focuses on conceptual art by local and regional artists. It's also a regular part of the neighborhood's art walks—First Friday, Third Friday, and Sundays on Santa Fe—so if you're already out that way, it's an easy stop. At the back of the gallery is The Mix, an in-house artist co-op that's been there since the space opened. Its usual role is to offer work that buyers can take home right away, rather than waiting on a commission or a shipment.
Once a year, the co-op expands to take over the entire gallery. They split the group into two separate exhibitions, showing four of the eight member artists at a time. The Mix, One is the first half of that rotation, so it brings a handful of those artists out from the back and gives them the main room. It's a good way to see the co-op's work in a larger context than the usual back-of-the-gallery setup.

If you want to catch the artists themselves, that September 18 reception is your best bet. Otherwise, the gallery is open Thursday through Sunday, 1 to 4 PM. You'll find it at 915 Santa Fe Drive in the Santa Fe Arts District.
