The Milk Carton Kids

The Milk Carton Kids play The Bluebird Theater on Saturday, October 17, in Denver. It's the first of two consecutive nights they're spending at the venue, so if you can't make the Saturday date, there's a second chance the next evening.

For those who haven't seen them, the duo is just two voices and two acoustic guitars, with the harmonies doing most of the heavy lifting. They've built their name on that particular sound—clean, precise, and leaning hard into the folk tradition. It's a stripped-back setup that puts the focus on the singing and the songwriting, with no one else on stage to fill the gaps.

Since they're playing two nights in a row, it's worth keeping in mind that you've got a couple of options for when to catch them. If Saturday doesn't work with your schedule, the Sunday show is right there. The lineup is just the two of them, so you know exactly what's on the bill.
