British indie rock band The Kooks perform live at Ball Arena in Denver.
The Kooks play Ball Arena on Tuesday, March 30, 2027, at 7 PM. It's a single-bill night with the band as the only act on the program.
They've been around since 2004, when they formed in Brighton and took their name from a David Bowie song. They signed to Virgin Records in 2005 and put out their debut album, Inside In/Inside Out, in 2006. That record hit No. 2 on the UK album chart and went platinum in the UK and Ireland. In 2008 came Konk, which held "Shine On" and "Always Where I Need to Be," and Junk of the Heart followed in late 2011. The single "She Moves in Her Own Way" earned a BRIT Award nomination in 2007, and in 2006 the band won Best UK and Ireland Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards and the UK Festival Award for Best Breakthrough Act.
