New York-based alternative rock band Telescreens perform live at Lost Lake Lounge.
Telescreens play Lost Lake Lounge on Wednesday, October 14, with the show starting at 8 PM. They're a New York-based alternative rock band that formed in late 2016, and they took their name from the telescreens in George Orwell's 1984.
Their sound pulls from a few different places at once: classic rock is the base, but they mix in alternative, jazz fusion, and experimental elements. They're signed to +1 Records, and their discography runs through three albumsβThe Return, 7, and Why the Lights Flicker. Among their best-known songs are "Phone Booth," "Nothing," and "Preacher."
