A live symphonic concert of the video game Stardew Valley performed by a 35-piece orchestra at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, celebrating ten years of the game's music.
Stardew Valley: Symphony of Seasons comes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Sunday, October 25, a one-night-only performance celebrating ten years of the game's music. It's the larger of two official concert experiences created by SOHO Live in collaboration with the game's creator and composer, ConcernedApe, who also curates the shows. While the Festival of Seasons tour is performed by an 11-piece chamber orchestra, Symphony of Seasons brings out a 35-piece orchestra.
The music comes from the game's soundtrack, and the set mixes fresh arrangements with remastered favorites from Festival of Seasons. On stage, the orchestra is accompanied by in-game footage and original content. There's a related album, Stardew Valley: Festival of Seasons, available on streaming and vinyl if you want to get a sense of the music before the night.
There's a lot to do around the show, too. You'll find interactive photo zones and standees of the Pelican Town villagers, an art gallery of fan-submitted work alongside archival early-development pieces by ConcernedApe, and a massive LEGO display of Pelican Town. Full-size arcade cabinets of Journey of the Prairie King and Junimo Kart will be there to play, and tour merch and items signed by ConcernedApe will be given away. It's a full day for fans, not just a concert.
