Deathcore band Signs of the Swarm headline the Oriental Theater in Denver, with support from Ten56, Oceans Ate Alaska and Face Yourself.
Signs of the Swarm play the Oriental Theater on Tuesday, November 7, as part of their European and UK headline tour. They're a deathcore band from Pittsburgh, and the Denver date is one stop on a run that takes them across the Atlantic. They aren't coming alone: Ten56, Oceans Ate Alaska, and Face Yourself are all on the bill, so the night will be a full run of heavy acts rather than just a single set.
There's a new record to hear. Their sixth studio album, To Rid Myself Of Truth, came out on August 22, 2025, so it's been out long enough to be a good chunk of the set. Since the summer of 2025, they've also been playing Rob Zombie's 1998 hit "Dragula" live, which is a bit of a curveball for a deathcore show. If you've followed them for a while, you'll recognize the sound they've built over six albums, but this tour is built around the new material.
Frontman David Simonich has been doing some work outside the band, too. He guest-vocaled on "Helheim," a track by the German act Mental Cruelty, and the band has a future music video in the works that will feature skateboarder and former Jackass and Viva La Bam star Bam Margera. It's a strange mix of connections—a Pittsburgh deathcore band, a German metal act, and a professional skateboarder—that doesn't quite fit into one box.
