Sabotage & Guerilla Radio

Sabotage and Guerilla Radio are playing Ophelia's Electric Soapbox on Saturday, October 17, starting at 8 PM. If you're not familiar with the name, Sabotage is a tribute act that pays homage to the Beastie Boys' sound, and they describe their set as transporting audiences back to the golden era of hip-hop with high-energy performances. It's a night built around that specific era of rap—the kind of show where you'll recognize the songs and probably spend a good part of it on your feet.

They're sharing the bill with Guerilla Radio, so you've got two acts on one ticket. The whole evening is for ages 18 and up, and you'll need a valid ID to get in. If you're planning to go, that's the one thing to keep in mind before you head out—don't leave the house without it.

The show is at Ophelia's Electric Soapbox, one of Denver's more recognizable venues, known for its vibrant atmosphere and eclectic decor. It's a good spot for a night like this, and since it's a Saturday, it's an easy one to build a whole evening around. The set kicks off at 8 PM, so you've got the early part of the night free to grab dinner or a drink nearby before heading in. If you've got a group, it's a straightforward plan: Saturday night, 18+, and a full set of Beastie Boys tributes to carry it.
