Annual two-day self-guided open studio tour where Park Hill artists open their studios to the public, with an artisan market.
The Art Garage is hosting the Park Hill Open Studio Tour on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, from 10 AM to 5 PM both days. It's an annual two-day event that brings together local artists across the Historic Park Hill neighborhood in Denver, and it's become a bit of a fixture in the area's art scene.
The whole thing is built around the idea of opening the doors that usually stay shut. Local Park Hill artists open their studios to the public, so you can step inside, see where the work actually happens, and talk to them about how they make it. It's not a formal gallery show; it's a look at the creative process in the places where it's happening.
The day works as a self-guided tour. You start at The Art Garage, pick up a map, and then make your way around the neighborhood at your own pace. There's no set schedule to follow, so you can visit as many studios as you like and spend as much time as you want at each one. If you only have a few hours, you can hit a couple of spots; if you've got the whole weekend, you can see a lot more.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Denver and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Along with the studio visits, there's an artisan market that gathers original artworks and products you can buy directly from the creators. Several Art Garage staff artists will be showing their own work there, too. The tour is free and self-guided, and it runs from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.
