British indie, alternative and blues rock band Palace perform live at the Mission Ballroom in Denver.
Palace play the Mission Ballroom on Tuesday, October 20, as part of a 30-date tour across the US and Canada this autumn. The show is one of the stops on a run that eventually winds up at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
They're touring Kid, the record they released in April 2026. It's a song about longing for a child an ocean away, and it follows the Greyhound EP, which came out earlier in the year on their own label, Palace Presents. The band plays indie, alternative and blues rock, and Kid sits right in that territory.
Palace have been making music together for over a decade. It started as jam sessions between Leo Wyndham, Rupert Turner and Matt Hodges in an airless studio in North London, and they've kept a DIY ethos ever since. Palace Presents began in 2016 as a monthly night at The George Tavern in East London, which grew into something more intentional—Leo describes it as a positive and protected space away from the usual music-industry constraints. That same spirit carries through to the records they put out under it.
