Margaret Glaspy

Margaret Glaspy plays Ophelia's Electric Soapbox on Saturday, November 7, her only Denver date this fall. It's a headlining show, so the whole night is built around her set.

If you've followed her work, you know the sound: Glaspy writes songs that lean on a strong melodic sense and a voice that can hold its own over a full band. She's built a reputation for that kind of songwriting—the kind that doesn't rely on a few loud moments to get through, but instead carries the weight of the song from the first verse to the last. It's a direct, song-first approach that works just as well in a small room as it does on a larger stage.

Coming to Denver as the main feature, she'll be taking the full spotlight. The bill is simple—just Glaspy—so the evening is centered on her set rather than a long lineup of openers. It's a straightforward night of music, with the focus staying on her songs and her performance.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the show starts at 6:30 PM. Since it's a Saturday night at Ophelia's, giving yourself a little lead time to get in and settle in before the music starts is a good call. Tickets are available through Live Nation.
