DJ and producer Ian Asher performs a set of dance pop, electronic, house and EDM at the Mission Ballroom.
Ian Asher is playing Mission Ballroom on Sunday, January 17, 2027. It's a single-bill night, so he's the only name on the marquee.
If you're not familiar with him, Asher is a producer and DJ whose sound sits at the intersection of dance pop, electronic, house, and EDM. That's a wide enough spread to cover a lot of ground in one set—the pop side brings the hooks, the house side keeps the groove steady, and the EDM side handles the bigger, room-filling moments. It's the kind of set that works whether you're there to dance or just to hang out and listen.
He's taking the whole night himself, so the set will be his to shape. Between the house and the electronic, there's plenty of room to move from the more melodic, pop-leaning tracks to the heavier, club-ready stuff, and he'll be the one steering it through the whole thing. It's a full evening of his music rather than a short slot in a larger lineup.
