Houndmouth

Houndmouth play Mission Ballroom on Friday, November 6, with special guest Dogpark opening the night. It's a Friday show in the RiNo district, so you've got the whole neighborhood to work with before and after.

Houndmouth is the main draw here, and they'll be sharing the bill with Dogpark, who takes the early slot. Between the two, you're getting two full sets in one evening. If you've followed Houndmouth for a while, you know the sound—that loose, harmony-heavy indie rock that works as well in a living room as it does on a stage this size. They've built their name on songs that feel lived-in, with a knack for melodies that stick around long after the set is over.

Mission Ballroom is at 4242 Wynkoop Street in Denver, right in the heart of RiNo. It's a dedicated music venue, so the focus is on the stage and the sound rather than a dance floor or a club atmosphere. The show starts at 8 PM, which gives you plenty of time to get downtown and grab a drink or a bite nearby before the first notes hit. Since it's a Friday night, it's an easy one to build a whole evening around.
