Pop-punk artist Games We Play performs a classical concert with orchestral arrangements in the immersive Meow Wolf Denver venue.
Games We Play plays Meow Wolf Denver on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, at 8 PM. The show takes place at Convergence Station, 1338 1st St, in the heart of the city.
Games We Play is the stage name of Emmyn Calleiro, a pop-punk artist born in Miami and now based in Los Angeles. He first released the five-song EP Senior Year in 2018, followed by the single "Story of a Love Song" in 2021 and the EP Get a Job in 2022. He cites Blink-182 as an influence, and he learned bass and drums in church before moving to Nashville to focus on music after dropping out of eighth grade. In 2021 he released "Deadbeat," which gained traction on TikTok, followed by the hyper-viral single "I Hope You're Happy," which landed on Spotify's Viral 50 and led him to sign with Fueled By Ramen/DCD2. He's since toured North America and built a following of over 350,000 monthly Spotify listeners and 400,000 TikTok followers.

This Denver date is billed as a classical performance rather than his usual show. Instead of the pop-punk setup, the set will feature orchestral arrangements or chamber pieces performed in one of Meow Wolf's immersive, art-filled rooms. It's a different take on the material than what you'll find on his records, and it's being played in a space known for its art installations rather than a standard stage. The show starts at 8 PM at Convergence Station, 1338 1st St.
