Networking event for founders and operators in the Denver startup world, serving as an entry point to the Colorado startup community.
Founders & Friends: Welcome to Denver is happening at ID345 in RiNo on Tuesday, November 3, starting at 4 PM. It's a networking event for founders and operators in the Denver startup world, and it's free to attend.
The meetup is run by Chris Franks and a small team of organizers. They position it as a first stop for newcomers to the Denver startup scene, bringing together founders, entrepreneurs, and anyone curious about the local ecosystem. The idea is simple: meet people building companies, swap stories, and get a sense of the resources that make the region a good place to launch and grow. It's an entry point into the community rather than a formal presentation.
Founders & Friends is part of Colorado Startups, a community built to give entrepreneurs a place to start and grow in Colorado. That community extends beyond this one event, with LinkedIn, Slack, and Facebook groups where people keep in touch. The meetup serves as a way to step into that network in person.
