The Los Angeles rock trio Failure performs their album 'Location Lost' live at Bluebird Theatre, with special guest quannnic.
Failure play the Bluebird Theater on Monday, October 26, as part of their fall headline tour. They're out supporting Location Lost, their seventh studio album, a nine-song follow-up that includes the acoustic breakup song "The Rising Skyline," which features Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams.
Failure is the Los Angeles rock trio of Ken Andrews, Greg Edwards, and Kellii Scott. Their 1996 album Fantastic Planet is widely considered one of the most influential and innovative records of the 1990s. After a 17-year hiatus, they reunited in 2014 and released The Heart Is a Monster in 2015, followed by In the Future Your Body Will Be the Furthest Thing from Your Mind in 2018 and Wild Type Droid in 2021. Location Lost is the next chapter in that run.
Opening the bill is quannnic, the stage name of Nick Quan, who was born in Florida in 2004. He's making a name blending shoegaze, lo-fi, and electronic bedroom pop, and his 2022 debut Kenopsia produced the viral hit "Life Imitates Life."
