Weekly track workout session for the Denver Run Club, open to runners of all skill levels.
Denver Run Club is back on the track this Friday, October 16, at the North High School track in Denver. It's a free session, so you can just show up and run.
If you're not familiar with how they operate, this is one of several weekly sessions the club puts on. The Friday track workout sits alongside Tuesday and Thursday runs, which means there's a regular cadence to the week if you want to make it a habit. The club is open to all skill levels, so you don't need to be a seasoned track runner to join inβit's as much about getting out there as it is about the workout itself.
That recurring schedule is a big part of why people stick with it. When you're running the same days of the week, you start seeing the same faces enough to actually become friends. It's that kind of community where the regular runs build a foundation, and the one-off events give you something to build a whole night around. If you've been looking for a way to get into the city's running scene without having to hunt for a new group every week, this is a good place to start.
