Bluegrass concert by the Dan Tyminski Band at the Holiday Theatre in Denver.
Dan Tyminski brings the Dan Tyminski Band to the Holiday Theatre on Sunday, January 24, 2027, at 8 PM. If you've come across his name before but can't quite place it, there's a good chance you know his voice. He's one of the most recognized male vocalists in modern bluegrass and country, known for a soulful tenor and his work on guitar and mandolin.
Since 1994, he's been a full-time member of Alison Krauss and Union Station, and he provided the singing voice of George Clooney in the Coen Brothers' O Brother, Where Art Thou?. His rendition of "Man of Constant Sorrow" became a surprise hit from that soundtrack, picking up the CMA Single of the Year, an IBMA Song of the Year, and a Grammy for Country Collaboration with Vocals. He released his first solo album, Carry Me Across the Mountain, in 2000, and has toured with Vince Gill and Jerry Douglas. In 2004, Eric Clapton invited him to perform at his Crossroads Guitar Festival, and he's been named IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year three times.

The bill is the Dan Tyminski Band, and the set will be built around his voice and his playing on guitar and mandolin. It's a night of bluegrass in the heart of Denver, with Tyminski fronting the band. The show is on Sunday, January 24, 2027, at 8 PM at the Holiday Theatre.
