A producer-driven market with over a hundred local Colorado food-focused vendors offering fresh produce, meat, dairy, flowers, specialty foods and on-site prepared foods, with live music and community activations.
The City Park Farmers Market is back at the City Park Esplanade every Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, running from May 2 through October 31, 2026. It's a producer-driven market, which means the focus is on the people growing and making the food rather than a middleman. On any given morning, you'll find more than a hundred local Colorado vendors—growers, bakers, and culinary figures—selling fresh produce, meat, dairy, flowers, specialty foods, and on-site prepared foods. There are free tastings, too, so you can sample things before you commit.
One of the producers they highlight is Ela Family Farms, a fourth-generation Colorado fruit farm that dates back to 1907. They're known for their Western Slope peaches, plums, pears, and apples, so if you're looking for fruit from the Slope, that's a good place to start. Beyond the shopping, the market programs live music and community activations like a run club and yoga, and they welcome volunteers if you'd rather spend your Saturday morning helping out than buying in.

On the practical side, the market accepts SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks, which makes a difference if you're shopping on a budget. You'll find it at the City Park Esplanade, 2551 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80206, every Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, May 2 through October 31.
