Stand-up showcase of Denver's best local comedians at the Denver Comedy Underground in the Five Points neighborhood.
Denver Comedy Underground is running the Best of Denver Comedy Showcase nightly from Wednesday, October 28 through Wednesday, November 18, with shows starting at 7:30 PM. It's a showcase of the local stand-up scene, the kind of night where you'll see a mix of familiar faces and a few new names you haven't caught before. The club bills it as one of the most exciting live comedy shows in the city, and the whole point is to get a good cross-section of what's happening in Denver comedy in one go.
If you haven't spent much time there, the venue is in the Five Points neighborhood at 675 22nd St. It's an intimate underground room, and it's built for comedy—the sound is tight and the crowd usually brings a lot of energy. The club describes itself as the city's top-reviewed comedy spot, and it does more than just this showcase: they bring in touring headliners, rising stars, and original Denver shows, so there's usually something on the calendar beyond a single run.
There's a whole other side to the place if you're into the process. They host a weekly Monday open mic and run secret shows with mystery lineups. They also do themed nights like the Nerd Roast, where local comics take turns roasting horror icons. And if you've ever thought about getting on stage yourself, they run the Underground Comedy Workshop, a six-week stand-up class taught by established comedy professionals.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Denver and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Tickets for the showcase are $20 plus a $5 service fee, so $25 all in. Free pizza is served with the show, and there's no two-item minimum to worry about. For parking, there's a large lot next door and street parking nearby. The show runs nightly from October 28 through November 18, starting at 7:30 PM.
