Metal concert headlined by Arch Enemy with The Black Dahlia Murder, Septicflesh, Crypta and Thrown Into Exile.
Arch Enemy headline The Fillmore Auditorium on Friday, October 9, leading a five-band bill that pulls from a few different corners of the metal world. The Swedish melodic death metal outfit is the main draw, and they're bringing a lineup that stretches from Detroit to São Paulo.
Joining them are The Black Dahlia Murder from Detroit, Michigan, and Septicflesh from Athens, Greece. Rounding out the bill are Crypta, hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, and Thrown Into Exile from Los Angeles, California. Between the five of them, the night covers melodic death metal, extreme metal, and death metal, so it's a wide enough spread to keep things moving through the evening.
It's a global gathering of a sort, with bands coming from Sweden, Greece, Brazil, and two different parts of the US. If you're into the heavier side of things, that's a fair amount of ground to cover in one night. The Fillmore is at 1510 Clarkson Street in Denver, and the show is for ages 16 and up with a valid ID. Keep in mind that bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" aren't allowed; all bags are searched, and non-clear bags may be subject to an additional search.
