Concert by the rock and soul duo Aranda, supported by Kingdom Collapse and Years Down, as part of the Anchors Aweigh Presents tour.
Aranda play the Federal Theatre on Sunday, November 15, as part of a larger bill. They're joined by Kingdom Collapse and Years Down, all under the Anchors Aweigh Presents banner, which is putting together the 15th anniversary tour for Adelitas Way's Home School Valedictorian.
Aranda is the duo of brothers Gabe and Dameon Aranda from Oklahoma City, and they've been writing, singing, and performing together for more than a decade. Their sound pulls from a wide range of influences—Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, and Jimi Hendrix—and they describe their music as crossing alternative, funk, rock, hard rock, soul, and R&B. Their debut album was produced by their Grammy-nominated friends Sam Watters and Louis Biancaniello.
Kingdom Collapse and Years Down open the night, so it's three acts on one bill rather than a single headliner. The whole thing falls under the Anchors Aweigh Presents tour celebrating Home School Valedictorian, the album Adelitas Way released fifteen years ago.

The show runs from 7 PM to 11 PM, with doors opening at 6 PM. That's a four-hour window for three bands, so there's plenty of room for each set.
