Israeli bilingual stand-up comedian Yohay Sponder debuts his new comedy show Genesis, exploring new beginnings, rebirth and the source of happiness.
Yohay Sponder brings his new show, Genesis, to The Texas Theatre on Saturday, October 24. It's his first Dallas date since his last world tour, and it's a debutβthe show is new material, not a repeat of what he's been touring.
Sponder is an Israeli bilingual stand-up comedian who's been at this for over 20 years. He's worked across television and radio and headlines Funny Monday - Israeli Comedy in English, which he performs for audiences around the world. He's coming off the back of Self Loving Jew, a world tour that sold out, so Genesis is the first thing he's putting on stage since that wrapped.
As for what Genesis is about, he describes it as an exploration of new beginnings, rebirth, and the source of happiness. It's a new set, so you'll be seeing the material as it debuts. The show is open to all ages, which means it's an easy one to bring friends or family along for.
