An hour of improvised comedy built on audience suggestions, with games and audience participation, for adults 18 and up.
Primetime Saturday Night Improv is at the Dallas Comedy Club this Saturday, October 17. It's a fast, interactive hour of improvised comedy built entirely on audience suggestions, so nothing is scripted and the whole thing changes depending on what the room brings to the table.
If you've seen Whose Line Is It Anyway?, you've got the general idea. The performers work their way through a series of games fed to them by the host and the crowd, and the audience can even get onstage and take part. Because it's all improvised, no two shows are the sameβthe suggestions you shout out are what actually shape the night.
On the bill this time are Chris Hansen, Donald Bennett, Emily Sue Tomac, Hannah Westbrook, Jack Ritchey, Lauren Oxford, and Pablo Mares. They'll be performing in the Club Theater, which is inside the Dallas Comedy Club at 3036 Elm Street in Dallas.
