Stand-up comedy show with Hong Kong-born, Los Angeles-based comedian Kiki Yeung.
Kiki Yeung is performing at the Dallas Comedy Club on Wednesday, October 7. She's a Hong Kong-born, Los Angeles-based comedian, actress, and producer whose stand-up blends sharp cultural commentary with fearless personal storytelling. If you haven't caught her before, that's a good summary of what she brings to the stage: a mix of the observational and the deeply personal.
Yeung has a substantial track record behind her. She founded Crazy Woke Asians, an award-winning, nationally touring show that grew into one of the largest Asian American comedy shows in the country, and created the docu-series Kiki Funny Mama's Night Out. Her stand-up has landed her in the LA Times, The Seattle Times, NBC LA, CBS, and Elizabeth Banks' Who-Haha, and she appeared on ABC's The ParentTest.
She's played some of the biggest rooms in the business, including the New York Comedy Festival, Netflix Is A Joke Fest, Carolines on Broadway, The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, The Ice House, and the Hollywood Improv. She also headlined the Hong Kong International Comedy Festival and was voted "Funniest Comedian" twice at Kenan Presents Vote Laugh Repeat at Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club in Las Vegas. Her debut one-hour special, Don't Get Sick and Die, filmed in Seattle, streams on YouTube.
