Dallas Comedy Club Presents: Jalen Hinton

Jalen Hinton is playing the Dallas Comedy Club on Saturday, October 17. He goes by J.One.8 on stage, and he's coming in from St. Louis, Missouri, to bring his stand-up to Dallas for the night.

If you haven't come across him yet, the first thing to know is that he does clean comedy. He describes his set as family-friendly, so it's the kind of show you can bring your parents or your kids to without worrying about where the jokes are headed. He builds his act around sharp wit, relatable stories, and a knack for taking the small, everyday moments we all recognize and turning them into something that actually gets a laugh. It's a style that works across generations, and he's built a reputation for connecting with audiences of all ages.

That reach shows up in the numbers, too. He's gathered more than 3 million followers across social media, so if you've seen his clips online, this is a chance to hear the material in person. The show is presented by the Dallas Comedy Club, which is located at 3036 Elm St in the city.

Doors open at 4:45 PM, and the show starts at 5 PM, so it's an early one—you'll be out in time for dinner. Tickets run from $30 to $40.
