The Haunt Columbus

The Haunt Columbus is back at The Haunt Columbus (3770 Refugee Rd, Columbus, OH 43232) from October 2 through October 31, 2026. If you've been around the city for a while, you'll recognize the spot: it's the old Eastland Lanes Bowling Alley, and they've turned the whole place into a haunted house. Every hallway and room has been reimagined to push you deeper into the dark, so it's a familiar local landmark wearing a very different, much more sinister face.

Inside, the attraction is built around five haunted experiences. They're put together with detailed sets, professional scare actors, animatronics, lighting effects and immersive storytelling, and every ticket gets you access to all five stories. It's an indoor attraction that opens rain or shine, so you don't have to worry about the October weather ruining your plans. Over the years, it's become a Halloween tradition for people coming in from across the Columbus metro area, including Dublin, Westerville, Grove City and Hilliard.

Before you head out, there are a few things to keep in mind. It gets hot inside, so leave your bags, weapons, food and drink behind. If you're looking for a quieter night, Thursdays and Sundays tend to be the slower ones, and arriving early helps you beat the rush. Also, anyone 15 and under has to be accompanied at all times by an adult 21 or over with a valid ID.

General admission is $30, and a single ticket covers all five experiences. If you're not in the mood to wait in line, there's a Ticketing/Fast Pass for $50 and a Scream Pass/Instant Access for $80. Groups of 12 or more get general admission tickets for $25 each. The whole thing runs from October 2 through October 31, so you've got the full month to fit it in.
