Candlelit tribute concert in which the Listeso String Quartet plays Adele's songs inside the candlelit Columbus Museum of Art.
Candlelight: Tribute to Adele comes to the Columbus Museum of Art on Sunday, December 13, with the Listeso String Quartet taking on the British singer-songwriter's most powerful songs. It's part of the Candlelight series produced by Fever, which stages similar tributes to artists like Taylor Swift, Queen, ABBA and Fleetwood Mac across the country. The series has played in more than 100 major cities worldwide and drawn thousands of spectators, with guests calling the evenings a "creative, enchanting, and new concert experience."
The format is straightforward: a string quartet performs Adele's music while the audience is surrounded by hundreds of candles. The show is billed as "the finest celebratory multi-sensory tribute show that the world has to offer," and it's not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adele or her estate. The music is the focus, reimagined for strings rather than a full band or a solo voice.
