Concert featuring Zero 9:36 and the Japanese nu-metal band SiM on their Hooman World Tour, with general admission standing room.
Zero 9:36 opens for SiM at The Underground on Sunday, May 9, 2027. It's a double bill that brings together two acts from very different corners of the heavy music world: a Philadelphia solo artist and a Japanese band that's been running since 2004.
Zero 9:36 is a Philadelphia artist who blends heavy riffs with hip-hop grit, building songs around raw emotion, sharp lyrics, cinematic tension, and big hooks. He's opened for Three Days Grace and Neck Deep, released music under the name 'Zero,' and built his following on the strength of his live show, with fans praising his energy, his crowd interaction, and a singing voice one reviewer described as able to make 'angels sound like noise.'
He's touring here as the opener for SiM (Silence iz Mine), the Japanese band that's been together since 2004. They mix nΓΌ-metal, postmodern hard rock, hardcore, reggae, and punk, and they've played the Nippon Budokan. They're best known for 'The Rumbling,' which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart after being written for Attack on Titan. The Charlotte date is part of their Hooman World Tour.
