Wine on Wednesdays

Wine on Wednesdays is back at the Mint Museum Uptown Store on Wednesday, November 4, as part of the museum's mid-week series. It's a simple premise: you spend the evening sipping wine and browsing the store, with glasses of wine running $5. Admission is free.

If you've never been, the store is tucked inside the Mint Museum Uptown, and the whole thing is built around the idea of a low-key night out in the middle of the week. The timing is the part that makes it easy to fit into a Wednesday. The bar is open from 5 PM to 8:30 PM, which covers the post-work window and stretches well into the evening. If you're more interested in the shopping than the drinking, the store stays open until 9 PM through January, so you can keep looking even after the bar closes.
