Live performance by the electronic dance music group wave to earth on their the pieces tour at the Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre.
wave to earth are playing the Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre on Wednesday, October 7, as part of their the pieces tour. It's a mid-week date in Charlotte, and they're the only act on the bill.
The tour itself is a big one. They announced it back on May 20, 2026, and it runs across 30 dates, so this is one stop in a long stretch of shows. The set is built around the pieces, the record they're touring, and the tour's name comes from there. If you've been following them, that's the material you'll hear most of the night.
As for who they are, wave to earth is a South Korean band. They've built their following on a sound that sits at the quieter, more textural end of indie rock, and the pieces is the latest chapter in that. The tour's 30 dates suggest they're taking the record on a proper run rather than a handful of one-off shows.
