Outdoor Movie Night: The Nightmare Before Christmas

Urban District Market is hosting an outdoor movie night on Friday, October 30, at the Seoul Food (Mill District) courtyard, 421 East 26th Street. The film is The Nightmare Before Christmas, and it runs from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. It's the third and final screening of the 2026 series, which started back in June with Finding Nemo and continued on October 16 with Nightbooks.

The screenings are presented by The MOB Group Inc. and take place in the courtyard of Seoul Food Meat Company Mill District, part of the Seoul Food (Mill District) collection. They go ahead rain or shine, so you don't have to worry about the weather calling it off. The venue offers free on-site and street parking, and the 25th Street light rail station is the closest stop if you're coming in by train. There's also a playground and game area for kids, which makes it an easy one to bring the family along for.

The movie shares the courtyard with the venue's regular Friday night fixtures, so it's worth knowing how the schedule shifts. On the first Friday of each month from April to November, there's an Asian Night Market with food trucks, a pop-up market, a Meet the Artist room, and a karaoke singalong instead of a movie. And on the last Friday from July to September, they do Fiesta Friday with Latin food trucks, a pop-up market, a Kids Corner, special performances, and dancing. The movie nights run on Fridays throughout the season, with this one being the October 30 finale.

Admission is free for Seoul Food and Urban District Market customers. The restaurant's Friday hours run from 11:30 AM to midnight, so you can grab a meal before the movie starts at 7:30 PM.
