Outdoor movie screening of the Super Mario Galaxy film at Rea Farms.
Rea Farms is hosting an outdoor movie screening of Super Mario Galaxy on Friday, October 23, in Charlotte. It's a free event, so you don't need a ticket to show up—just a spot on the lawn.
If you've never been, Rea Farms is at 9855 Sandy Rock Place, and the movie runs from 6:30 to 9 PM. Since it's an outdoor screening, the whole thing happens under the open sky, and the timing means you'll be watching it as the evening settles in rather than deep into the night. The feature is Super Mario Galaxy, and that's the only thing on the bill for the night.
Because it's outside, you'll want to bring your own setup—chairs, blankets, and whatever you'd like to snack on. It's a casual, family-friendly kind of evening, the sort where you can just roll up with a group and hang out on the grass. The screening starts at 6:30 PM, so arriving a bit early to claim a good spot is a smart move.
