Martin Lawrence: Y'all Still Know What It Is! Tour

Martin Lawrence is bringing his Y'all Still Know What It Is! tour to Ovens Auditorium on Thursday, October 8, with the show starting at 8 PM. It's a standalone comedy date, so Lawrence is the only name on the bill—no opening act to sit through before he takes the stage.

If you've followed his work, you know the Y'all Still Know What It Is! tour is built around his stand-up, and that's exactly what you'll get here: Lawrence on stage with a microphone, working through a full set. It's a tour that's been hitting cities across the country, and this is the Charlotte stop. The title itself points to the kind of set he's running—a mix of new material and the kind of storytelling and persona work he's known for, all held together by the same voice and timing that've defined his career.

Coming to Ovens Auditorium puts it right in the heart of the city, so it's an easy one to get to on a Thursday night. The show kicks off at 8 PM, which gives you plenty of time to grab dinner beforehand and still make it to your seat without rushing. Since it's a single-act bill, the evening stays focused on Lawrence from start to finish.

Tickets are available through Live Nation, and since it's a tour date, it's worth grabbing yours ahead of time rather than waiting until the day of. Just keep the details in mind: Martin Lawrence at Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, Thursday, October 8, at 8 PM.
