Grinch Fest

Maker's Market CLT is bringing Grinch Fest to Urban District Market on Saturday, December 12, in Charlotte. It's a themed pop-up maker's market, so the whole day is built around local makers setting up shop under one roof. If you're into the handmade side of the city, this is exactly the kind of thing that puts those people in one place.

Since it's a pop-up, the focus is on the makers themselves. You'll find a variety of local creators showing their work, and because it's a maker's market, you're buying directly from the people who actually made the things. The Grinch theme ties it all together, so expect the whole setup to lean into that festive, slightly mischievous energy as we get closer to the holidays.

It's hosted by Maker's Market CLT, the group that organizes these kinds of gatherings around the city, and it's taking place at Urban District Market. If you've been around the neighborhood, you know the spot. It's a good place to spend a Saturday afternoon, especially if you're looking for things you won't find in a big-box store.

Grinch Fest runs from 12 PM to 5 PM on Saturday, December 12, at Urban District Market in Charlotte.
