Charlotte Hornets vs. Atlanta Hawks

The Charlotte Hornets take on the Atlanta Hawks at Spectrum Center on Friday, October 23, at 7 PM. It's a home game for the Hornets, and since it's a Friday night, it's one of those games that's easy to build a whole evening around.

For those who don't follow the schedule closely, the Hornets are the main feature here, playing on their own court in Charlotte. The Hawks are coming in from Atlanta, so this is a divisional matchup—two teams from the same part of the league facing off. That usually means the game carries a bit more weight than a random mid-season meeting, and the atmosphere at Spectrum Center tends to reflect it.

If you're planning to be there, keep in mind it's a Friday night game, which means you'll want to account for the usual weekend traffic around the arena. The tip-off is at 7 PM, so you've got plenty of time to get in and settle in before the first whistle. If you're coming from across town, leaving a bit early is usually the move on a Friday.

So, the Charlotte Hornets host the Atlanta Hawks at Spectrum Center on Friday, October 23, at 7 PM. It's a home game for Charlotte, a divisional clash with Atlanta, and it kicks off on a Friday night.
