A casual, come-and-go evening where makers can bring their own DIY projects to work on while enjoying a cold pint at NoDa Brewing.
NoDa Brewing holds its BYO Craft Night on Tuesday, October 6, from 6 PM to 8 PM at the North End taproom. It's a low-key evening for makers of all levels, and the premise is as simple as it sounds: bring whatever project you've been meaning to finish, along with your own supplies, and settle in with plenty of table space and the company of other people doing the same. There's no instructor and no set program, so it works as a casual, come-and-go session where you can unwind and sip a cold pint while you work.
What you bring is entirely up to you. It could be crochet, painting, embroidery, journaling, sketching, model building, or any other DIY endeavor you've had sitting on the back burner. The point is to finally get to it in a space where you're not working alone. Since there's no formal class or lesson, you can arrive whenever you like and leave when you're done, rather than sticking to a rigid schedule.

It's one of several free weekly fixtures the brewery puts on at 150 W 32nd St, alongside trivia, beer releases, a run club, and Open Play Mahjong for experienced players. If you've got a half-finished project taking up room on your dining table, this is a good excuse to bring it out and put some time into it. It runs on the first Tuesday of every month from 6 PM to 8 PM, and it's free to attend.
