NASCAR Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway with a pre-race concert by Tyler Hubbard.
The Bank of America 400 returns to Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday, October 11, at 3 PM. It's the sixth of ten races in The Chase presented by Mobil 1 and the 32nd points-paying event of the 2026 season, scheduled for 267 laps and 400.5 miles. The race is the first fall event on the 1.5-mile oval since October 2017; from 2018 through 2025, the track ran the Roval configuration instead, so this is a return to the quad-oval for the autumn slot.
There are 39 cars on the entry list, including three non-chartered entries: Corey Heim in the No. 67 23XI Racing Toyota, Gray Gaulding in the No. 66 Garage 66 Ford, and the No. 44 Chevrolet from NY Racing Team. Heading into the weekend, Hendrick Motorsports driver Kyle Larson holds a 40-point championship lead over Joe Gibbs Racing's Denny Hamlin.
