Concert by WRKHOUSE, a bilingual four-piece alt-pop band from North Wales, at Clwb Ifor Bach.
WRKHOUSE play Clwb Ifor Bach on Friday 27 November, as part of Swn Festival 2026. They're a bilingual four-piece from North Wales making atmospheric, groove-heavy alt-pop — the kind of sound that sits between infectious hooks and expansive, textured production, with synths held together by spacious, inventive percussion.
They first got on the radar with their debut EP, Out of the Blue, which picked up a Triskel Award at the 2024 Welsh Music Prize. Since then, they've built a following through a UK-wide support tour and high-energy live shows, with backing from CLASH, BBC Radio 1's Sian Eleri, and BBC Introducing's Jess Iszat. They've also had support from Help Musicians and the PRS Foundation.
Rooted in their North Welsh heritage, they're currently deep in the studio working on their next body of work, so this is a good time to catch them live while that's still in the making. The set will be built around the songs from Out of the Blue and the high-energy live approach they've been touring.
