British pop singer Chesney Hawkes performs live at The Gate in Cardiff as part of his 2027 UK and Ireland tour.
Chesney Hawkes plays The Gate on Friday 2 April 2027, as part of a UK and Ireland tour running through March and April. It's a headline show, with Hawkes as the sole bill.
Most of us know him as 'The One and Only', the title of the hit he released in 1991. Since then he's put out six studio albums, the latest being Living Arrows in 2025. He announced the tour on social media with the caption: 'On the road again! Find me around the UK and Ireland in March and April 2027 – we have plenty of surprises in the bag and can't wait to play for you again!'
The Cardiff date is one stop in a run that stretches from the Regent Theatre in Christchurch on Thursday 18 March to the Queens Hall in Hexham on Thursday 22 April 2027. It's a fair few weeks of touring across the UK and Ireland, with the Cardiff show falling towards the end of that window.
