Electronic and rap night featuring Window Kid, part of the PullUp Recordings Halloween Special, strictly over 18s.
Window Kid plays The Trinity Centre on Saturday 31 October, as part of PullUp Recordings' Halloween Special. It's a night built around dark and heavy dubstep and bassline, so the whole thing is geared towards the heavier end of the bass spectrum rather than a light evening of dancing.
Window Kid is a UK underground electronic rap artist, and he's known for one of the most electrifying voices in the scene. His sound doesn't stick to one spot; it spans a variety of UK bass genres, so you'll hear rap sitting over electronic production that shifts across different styles throughout the set. The Bristol date is one of the stops in the PullUp Recordings Halloween Special, a night that keeps the focus on dark, heavy dubstep and bassline.
He won't be the only one on the bill. The line-up includes DJ Q, Plastician, and BSEARL, with more names to follow. The Trinity Centre, on Trinity Road, is described as the heart of Bristol's electronic music scene, and this is strictly an over-18s night. Doors open at 22:00 and it runs through to 03:00 on Sunday morning, so it's a late one that goes well into the early hours.
