Interactive, high-energy live tribute show for toddlers with singing, dancing, puppets and audience participation.
Fun For Little Ones: A Tribute To Ms Rachel comes to the Redgrave Theatre on Monday 26 October, with two performances that day at 12:00 and 15:00. It's billed as the UK's only live tribute to Ms Rachel, the children's superstar who's built a massive following on YouTube with over 10 billion views and 15 million subscribers. If your house is one of those where her videos are on a loop, this is the live version of that.
The show is built for toddlers and their grown-ups, so it's not a sit-still kind of thing. It mixes sing-alongs with puppets and characters, colourful on-screen animations, and plenty of audience participation. There are educational moments worked in too, along with screen content featuring Monty & Friends. It's high-energy and interactive, so the little ones are meant to get involved rather than just watch from their seats.
On the practical side, the show runs for an hour and a half, including an interval, and doors open 30 minutes before each performance. It's suitable for all, though it's recommended for ages 3 and over. Under-18s need a parent or guardian with them, and children under 24 months need a ticket unless you add a free 'Lap Seat'.
