Guided tour of the tunnels under Brighton Station on Queens Road.
Brighton Station is opening up its tunnels for a guided tour on Wednesday 25 November, a look at the parts of the station that usually stay well out of sight. It's a tunnel tour of the station itself, taking you beneath the platforms and into the workings that keep the place running.
Most of us only ever see the station from the concourse or the platforms, the bits we hurry through on the way to a train. This is a chance to go under that, into the tunnels that sit beneath the tracks. It's a guided walk, so you'll have someone with you to point out what you're looking at and explain how it all fits together, rather than just wandering through on your own.

The tour starts at 17:00, and the meeting point is Brighton Station on Queens Road, BN1 3XP. It's a midweek evening, so it's a good one if you're around the city centre and fancy something a bit different on a Wednesday. Tickets are £16.00, which is a guide price and subject to change, so it's worth checking that before you commit.
