A standing club night of soulful, deep and disco house music led by Roy and Roy, with proceeds donated to Survivors Network.
The House of Roy takes over Komedia on Sunday 14 March, an afternoon and evening of disco, soulful and deep house music. It's led by Roy and Roy, who describe it as a night of great music and an unbelievable sound system. The set runs through the afternoon and into the evening, so it's a long one rather than a quick stop — the kind of thing you can ease into and stay for as long as you like.
It's a standing club night, which means you'll be on your feet for the duration, and it's for ages 18 and over. Part of the proceeds go to the local charity Survivors Network, so your ticket does a bit more than just get you through the door. The music itself sits across disco, soulful and deep house, the three styles that give the night its name.
