A Halloween charity quiz in aid of Galdwigs, featuring live music, a DJ and roasts.
The Constant Scare is a Halloween charity quiz running at The Constant Service on Islingword Road, with the whole thing in aid of Galdwigs. It's not just a one-off, either — the quiz is part of a series of dates across 29, 30, 31 October and 1 November, so you've got a few different days to pick from if you're planning your Halloween weekend.
The format puts a quiz alongside live music, and the music side of things is handled by DJ Slap Ed, who'll be spinning vinyl throughout, and Rumspooke & Friends. It's billed as a Halloween charity event, and Galdwigs is the cause it supports across those several days of play.

If you're heading down, you'll find The Constant Service at 96 Islingword Road, Brighton BN2 9SJ. The quiz kicks off at 12:00 on each of those dates — 29, 30, 31 October and 1 November — so it's a daytime thing rather than a late-night one, which makes it a bit easier to fit in around the rest of your plans. With the music and the quiz running together, it's as much about the afternoon as it is about the competition.
