Annual Christmas singalong extravaganza by The Choir with No Name, a choir supporting those impacted by homelessness, with special guest artists.
The Big Christmas Singalong! returns to the Brighton Dome on Tuesday 15 December, with Choir with No Name taking the lead. It's their annual Christmas extravaganza, a family-friendly night that puts a unique spin on the Christmas classics and invites the audience to join in. The choir is joined on stage by special guest artists, so it's not just them leading the singing.
There's a bit more to this than a standard holiday concert. Choir with No Name Brighton is made up of people impacted by homelessness, and the whole project is run in partnership with BHT Sussex. Donations and profits from the evening go back into the choir, so the night does more than just fill the room with music. Past audiences have described it as "the purest joy" and "heart warming and fabulous fun", with some saying it "always marks the start of Christmas" for them.
It's a family-friendly one, and the show is BSL interpreted, so it's accessible to a wide crowd. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: under-14s have to be accompanied by an adult, and since it's a singalong, you're expected to get involved rather than just sit and listen.
