A two-day showcase featuring young bands and solo performers from the south coast music scene, organised by Create Music.
The Studio Theatre at Brighton Dome is hosting Sounds from the City.5 on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th March 2026. This event is organised by Create Music as a way to showcase the current state of the south coast music scene, specifically focusing on young bands and solo performers. For those who follow the local circuit, it is a straightforward opportunity to see a large number of emerging acts in a professional setting. The doors at the New Road venue open at 18:00, and the music starts at 18:30 on both evenings. The event is supported by Mayo Wynne Baxter and serves as a platform for musicians who are often just starting to establish themselves in Brighton.
