Sleeper perform their End of the World tour at Brighton Dome, with Turin Brakes as special guests.
Sleeper play the Brighton Dome Concert Hall on Thursday 1 April, with Turin Brakes supporting. It's part of their End of the World tour, and the set is built around the new album, which came out on 12 February 2027.
End of the World is their sixth studio album, a collection of ten songs written and recorded between Paris and Manchester. Joe Cross produced it — he's worked with The Courteeners, Hurts, Louis Tomlinson and The Slow Readers Club — and the record pairs the band's knack for big melodies and anthemic choruses with a more direct, emotional tone. Frontwoman Louise Wener says the new songs mean a lot to her and that she's excited to play them live.
Turin Brakes join as support, a pairing Wener describes as a special combination, adding that they've been fans of the band for a long time. The show is part of Sleeper's biggest UK tour since reforming; they first emerged from the Britpop era of the 1990s as one of the most recognisable British alternative bands of the period. Crosstown Concerts presents the night.
