Robin Morgan: Let’s Overshare!

If you’re looking for some sharp stand-up comedy next month, Robin Morgan is bringing his new show, Let’s Overshare!, to Brighton. He’s the Welsh comedian who has spent time as a writer for Have I Got News for You and even as the warm-up act for The Graham Norton Show.

This new tour focuses on the concept of 'oversharing'—exploring the contrast between genuine, sometimes excessive, honesty in real life versus the highly curated and often superficial communication we see online. Morgan uses his quick wit and charm to deliver what are described as 'scandalously honest' stories. Adding to the confessional theme, the show is also set to include anonymous confessions gathered directly from the audience, which should make for some unpredictable moments. Critics have been very positive about his work, with the Sunday Times awarding him four stars and Chortle noting that he “must surely be on the verge of nationwide fame.” Given his background as a seasoned writer and performer, it promises to be a well-constructed and funny hour.
