Over-18s night of alternative music presented by Folklore Sessions, with Quaking Aspens, Winnipeg, MN and Drainfly at The Hope & Ruin.
Quaking Aspens headline The Hope & Ruin on Friday 13 November, with Winnipeg, MN and Drainfly on the bill. It's a Folklore Sessions night, and if you've been around the Brighton scene for a while, that name will ring a bell. They've run club nights at The Hope & Ruin for some time now, and they've built a decent following for alternative music in the city, so this fits right into what they do.
It's a three-act bill, and the whole thing runs for roughly three and a half hours, so you're getting a full evening of music rather than just one set. Quaking Aspens take the top spot, with Winnipeg, MN and Drainfly filling out the rest of the night. If you're not familiar with all three, it's a good chance to catch them on the same stage.

The night runs from 19:30 to 23:00, so it's an early start that wraps up before midnight. Tickets are £9.00, and it's strictly over-18s, so keep that in mind if you're bringing anyone along. The Hope & Ruin is at 10-12 Queens Road, BN1 3WA, right in the heart of Brighton.
