Homostash take over the basement of Patterns on Saturday 1 August, part of the city's wider Pride Street Party. It's a full takeover of the basement, with moustache-themed visuals and performances running alongside electronic music throughout the night.
Patterns sits at 10 Marine Parade, on the site of a former art deco hotel. It opened in 2015 and has grown into a safe space for Brighton's underground club culture, as well as a small live music venue that punches above its weight. The building has a deep musical heritage: it was once Ted Potters Music Bar and later the infamous Escape Club, and it's been nominated for best club at the DJ Mag awards.
